refund policy & cancellations
Our Cancellation Policy
Please kindly note that 24 hours’ notice by phone or email is required to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Please DO NOT reply to SMS text messages, as these cannot be received, and will not be treated as a cancellation.
Please note that failure to follow our cancellation policy will result in the deduction of that treatment from your pre-paid course or your deposit will be forfeited.
Treatment Bookings – Deposit
A €50 deposit will apply when booking all skin consultations. Following your consultation, the €50 deposit may be redeemed against any treatment or course of treatments, however, deposits for consultations cannot be refunded, used to purchase Gift Cards or transferred across to other clients.
When booking a treatment in advance: a €50 deposit is required, or your booking cannot be confirmed. The same policy applies when booking a consultation followed by treatment on the same day.
Please note that deposits paid on treatments are non-refundable, however, may be used for other treatments.
Courses and Treatments Booked Upfront
Courses of treatments that are booked are generally discounted, so are hence Non-Refundable & Non-Transferrable to other treatments or clients.
Special Offers and Sale Day treatments and courses booked upfront are also Non – Refundable.
Please note that skin courses booked are non-transferrable to other clients.
Discounted course prices must be paid on the day on the day of consultation and no later than first appointment date.
Products Return Policy
We will always honour a refund or exchange on products if you are not completely happy with your purchase once returned (either by post or in person) within 14 days of receipt along with proof of purchase. The product must be in a saleable condition. This means returning the product to us in its original condition, unused, seal intact and in its original packaging. For legal reasons, skin products must be entirely unopened with the original packaging intact. Unfortunately, we can return funds where the packaging has any external damage.
Once we have received the returned products(s) we will consider the condition of the goods being returned before authorising refunds or exchanges. After we have accepted your returned product(s), we will reimburse the price you paid to your original method of payment.
Gift Card Policy
All Gift Cards purchased at the Healthy Skin Clinic are Non Refundable and valid for 5 years from the date of issue.
Please note that competition winners from any of our Instagram account have 14 days to claim their prize.
Competition prizes cannot be exchanged for cash, gift cards or alternative treatments or products. Before you enter any of our competitions, please refer to our competition terms and conditions and note the expiry dates.
